Each loom is equipped with last generation computerised control systems, engineered to constantly monitor every detail of the weaving process.

This advanced technology allows you to verify in real time fundamental parameters such as tension, density and uniformity of the felts base weaves and the dryer screens fabrics, minimising the possibilities of deviation from the initial project.

The result is a production characterised by absolute precision, constant uniformity and very high quality standards, able to satisfy even the most rigourous needs of modern paper mills.

In our continuous modernisation program of machinery and technological renewal, we have chosen to invest in a PRE-NEEDLE LOOM for the production of wet felts whose quality is guaranteed by the elliptical movement of the swing case that accompanies the advancement of the BATT.

So, the homogeneity of the permeability of the felt is ensured.

Thanks to this machine and the MT 13 wide needle loom with double swing cases , we are able to realise the final product with extreme precision and extreme care to ensure high performance during use.
