Legitimate Interests Pursued by the Data Controller
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing data arise from the need to respect and fulfill contractual obligations undertaken between the parties. Pursuant to Art. 6, the lawfulness of processing is based on the data subject’s explicit consent, duly documented in writing.
Mandatory or Optional Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal:
Providing your data is mandatory so that the Data Controller can provide the requested services. In the event of refusal, it will therefore be impossible to complete the registration process, and the System Owner will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.
Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and by authorized data processing personnel. Your personal data will not be disseminated.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the end of the service provision or product supply relationship, within the electronic archives owned by Ippolito & Pisani S.p.A.
Data Controller’s Intention Regarding Personal Data
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization.

The data subject may exercise their rights at any time as established by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights, the full text of which is reproduced below:
“The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:

– to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales, market research, or commercial communication.”
In particular, the data subject may at any time request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, as well as the rectification or erasure thereof, the restriction of processing, or to object to such processing, in addition to the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
